Gorefield Community Hall and Sports Pavilion is situated on the outskirts of Gorefield a few miles to the west of Wisbech in Cambridgeshire. It is part of a community owned asset; the field was first purchased in 1972 and for many years it managed with an old WW2 prefab building for sports changing.
After many years of fundraising and setbacks the first phase of the Community Hall and Sports Pavilion was eventually opened by sports tv presenter Jake Humphrey in 2013, phase 2 was added in 2021, all completed with local and government grants.
Hire us for your event
The Hall is suitable for a wide range of uses. Single events such as dances, wedding receptions, parties, celebrations and meetings. The hall can be block booked for regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly events such as children’s play times, classes and sports.
